Take-Two Outlook Signals Mobile Gaming Recovery

Take-Two Interactive stock prices increased by 3.5% after the publisher increased its annual revenue projections because mobile gaming showed signs of recovery from its multi-year decline.

The first quarter bookings of Zynga increased by 17% because of the success of their puzzle games Match Factory and Toon Blast. CFO Lainie Goldstein stated that the company experienced growing momentum starting from late last year.

The mobile gaming industry generated $81.7 billion in revenue during 2024 because of its live-service features. Take-Two Interactive has several important console releases planned for the future including Mafia: The Old Country and Borderlands 4 and Grand Theft Auto VI.
